Shipping & returns

We deliver within Lagos and across Nigeria. Choose your delivery option at checkout and the fee is added to your order.

Delivery

Within Lagos: usually 1–2 working days.
Outside Lagos: usually 1–5 working days, by park pickup or courier.

Returns & exchanges

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or another solution.

Changing your mind

Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll let you know whether the item can be returned or exchanged and how to do it.

Condition of returned items

Returned items should be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a returned item, we'll contact you about your refund or exchange.
