We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, shipping address, phone number — when you create an account or place an order. We also collect anonymised analytics about how the site is used so we can improve it.
Order fulfilment, customer service, fraud prevention, and — only if you opt in — marketing communications about new collections and Jewellery Hub events. We never sell your data.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see, store, or have access to your card details. Paystack maintains its own privacy and security policies which we encourage you to review.
We use a small number of cookies for site functionality (cart, authentication) and Google Analytics for aggregated usage data. You can opt out of analytics at any time via the consent banner.
We share information only with the providers we use to run the business — payment processor, shipping partners, email service — and only the minimum required. We never share data with advertising networks.
